First Day of Asian Championship 2014

First events of Asian championship have concluded with the events of Men, Women, Under-20 and Under-16 Blitz events. Chinese team were stronger and finished with 3 Gold medals. Uzbekistan was very close to its first gold medals in the result of MI Alisher Artikov who paced on second despite same additional criteria with Mongolian grandmaster Erdenebileg Dul.

Kazakhstan’s Olzhas Saparov (Unde-17) won the first-ever gold medal for his country while Seksonwiriya Panithi (Under-20) bring the silver medal for Thailand.
